Cancellation policy

No refunds can be made for cancellations. We will welcome substitute delegates at any time. Please log in to your Amiando account to change the name for the ticket, or contact us to make the change.

Programme subject to change

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. We will endeavor to announce all changes as quickly as possible on the site and via RSS.
